Who we are
Health is a right — not a privilege of postcode or heritage.
We are a Scottish and and English Charitable Incorporated Organisation founded to advance health where it is needed most. Our purpose is simple: to promote and provide syndemic, integrated healthcare for the public benefit — care that treats overlapping health problems together, alongside the social conditions that drive them.
Working in partnership with the NHS and trusted community networks, our registered medical practitioners and experienced volunteers meet people where they are — at community events, places of worship and online.

Culturally-aware guidance on food, movement and prevention to reduce the long-term risk of chronic disease.
Funded Screening with CYP Health
We fund basic health screening and investigations — delivered privately through CYP Health — for people who could never otherwise afford them.

Trusted, in-language health messaging through social media, faith groups and public community events.
