Ijeh’s Integrated Health Initiative SCIO exists to dismantle the health inequalities that quietly shorten lives in diaspora and underserved communities across Scotland and the wider UK.

The advancement of health — by promoting and providing syndemic, integrated healthcare services for the public benefit, and by working in partnership with other bodies to further that aim.

Founder & Trustee
Dr Cyprel C. Ijeh
A physician and public-health specialist, Dr Ijeh founded the initiative after seeing how preventable illness disproportionately harms diaspora communities. His work blends frontline clinical expertise with a deep commitment to health justice.

Held to clinical, not just charitable, standards
As a SCIO, we are governed by a board of trustees (between three and eight) and our constitution — with the clinical governance and safeguarding of a serious health service.
